Your document is encrypted in transit and our uploaded copy is deleted 30 days after submission. We retain only a cryptographic hash for verification. Our print-and-mail fulfillment provider retains mailing content separately for about one year under postal requirements.

Your private order link shows when the letter is being prepared, handed to USPS, and when its estimated delivery window has passed. First-Class Mail does not provide verified delivery confirmation through this service, so the final estimate is not proof of delivery.
USPS returns undeliverable mail to your return address. Make sure it is accurate so anything that cannot be delivered comes back to you.
